what is your return policy?

if the fit isn’t quite right we are happy to accept clothing items in their original condition for exchange or return within 14 days of receipt. all play shop items are final sale. at this time it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping.

when will my order ship?

orders placed monday through friday (pst) will be shipped via usps within 2-4 business days, pending credit card verification. if you need your order sooner, we also offer ups 2nd day air for $16, pending credit card verification. 

how long will it take to receive my order?

once your order is processed and shipped it will take approximately 2-7 business days to receive your order. if you’ve chosen ups 2nd day, your order will arrive in 2 business days once processed and shipped. we currently only ship within the united states.

what if my package is lost or stolen?

unfortunately, once your order leaves our warehouse we do not have access to any additional information aside from the tracking number we provided to you. we recommend reaching out to usps for additional details on your order. 

do you offer international shipping?

at this time we only ship within the united states, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future!
